  • Q. What does Apple Authorised Reseller mean? Does that mean you sell second hand or used goods?
    A. 'Apple Authorised Reseller' means we have are authorised by Apple to sell a range of their products. 'Reseller' is a industry term for 'seller' and as such, all goods sold by Xero Computing are brand new unless otherwise stated.
  • Q. How much will it cost to repair my computer?
    A. Repairs are quoted based upon the nature of the issue, the model of the device and the extent of work to be carried out. We charge a diagnostic fee to inspect your device, which is then absorbed into the overall cost of the work, you do not pay this fee in addition to the labour charge.
  • Q. What products do you sell?
    A. We sell the entire range of Apple Macs, iPads, iPods and their respective accessories, as well as a curated and high-quality range of 3rd party products and accessories. If you're after anything tech-related, we either have it in store, or can get it in quickly. Check out our brands page, or contact us for more information.
  • Q. Do you sell second hand or refurbished Macs?
    A. Yes, we have a refurbished Mac program. All machines sold as refurbished are tested to meet our strict Quality Control standards. Because of our reputation for selling high-quality refurbs, they are in very high demand and as such we never publicly list what stock we have. Enquiring by contacting us, or placing your name on our waiting list is the best way to secure a quality refurbished Mac.
  • Q. Do you offer electronic waste recycling?
    A. Yes, we have an E-Waste Recycling program. Electronics do not belong in landfill and must be disposed of properly. We also offer secure data erasure for your hard drive, which consists of a military-standard wipe and then physical destruction of the drive.
